• Your first round with the PRO.
• "Etiquette" : learn the rules to respect.
• Choice of club to suit different situations.
• How to calculate your score.
• Learn the three point routine :
  1. evaluate the situation
  2. visualize your shot and address the ball correctly
  3. play the shot
• Control, correction and reinforce the basic techniques of your golf.
• Program of exercises adapted to your progress.

• In depth introduction to golfing equipment.
• Learn the “grip”.
• Learn posture and how to address the ball.
• Learn to align your body in relation to the target.
• Learn to hit the ball.
• Learn to add speed to your swing.
• Learn to direct the ball.
• Learn the basic techniques when using the putter, the irons and the woods.
• Play your first round with the PRO.
• Learn about golf etiquette.
• Learn to choose the right club for the situation.
• Learn to calculate your score.
• Learn the three point routine :

• Use of video to control and correct your swing.

• Basic technique checkup
• Grip, posture, alignment.
• Checkup of your routine.
• Work on and improve your swing rhythm and dynamics.
• Work on the principal golf shots :
  drive, iron shots, approaches, bunker shots, putting.
• Personal video analysis.
• Round with the PRO.

The COURSE :

• 4 x 3hour sessions from Monday to Friday, Wednesday off
• 9h/12h - 14h/17h
• Round with the PRO
• 1 x 9 hole Green fee

• Audit and individual technical video checkup.
• Checkup of the basic techniques : Grip, posture, alignment.
• Learn from the theory of mechanics applied to golf.
• Highlight the causes and effects of your swing.
• Validate and work on your routine.
• Work on and improve your swing rhythm and dynamics.
• Work on the principal golf shots :
  drive, iron shots, approaches, bunker shots, putting.
• Round with the PRO .
• An approach to the methodology of autonomous training.

The COURSE

• 3hrs from Monday to Friday (excluding Wednesday)
• 9h/12h - 14h/17h
• Round with the PRO
• 1 x 9 hole Green fee.

• Audit of your equipment.
• Verification and technical analysis of putting technique, pitching, rolled approaches, bunker shots…
• Understand the mechanical theory of typical situations.
• Confront real situations, make strategic choices.

• A playful approach to golf, the swing and putting.
• Includes prize giving : "red flag" of the FFG-PGA France.
